June 16 2011- New House

So, Reecieved a call today telling us that the adjuster was out today to appraise the house and they only do that when you are approved, so she said, so as of today we are set to close June 29th at 10 am. !!! YAY!! Still keeping my fingers crossed through until we have signed on the dotted line...............
